By Train
From Celle train station it's about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi.
- Leave Celle station (exit towards city center)
- Follow Bahnhofstraße towards city center
- Turn right onto Nordwall
- Nordwall 62–63 on the left side
From the station take bus lines 9 12 13 to Schlossplatz – from there it's just a few minutes walk to sleepArt.

From Hannover (A7) or Hamburg (A7):
- Highway A7, exit Celle-Nord or Celle-Süd
- Follow signs to Celle-Zentrum / city center
- Follow the road network to Nordwall
- Parking: Nordwall parking lot or city center parking garage

Unloading Luggage – Loading Zone Weißer Wall 8
To unload your luggage, you may briefly stop at the Loading Zone "Weißer Wall 8" – best directly in front of "Onko-Cell". This may look unusual at first glance, but is officially permitted by the city to bring luggage to the hotel.

Where is My Apartment?
The sleepArt complex consists of three building sections around the shared courtyard at Nordwall 62–63. Find your way:
main building
Entrance opposite the Neon logo at Nordwall. The main building is the largest building and houses most apartments across three floors.
inner courtyard
You can reach the courtyard through the passage from Nordwall. Here you'll find two special apartments with their own character and private ambiance.
rear building
You can reach the entrance to the rear building by going straight ahead through the courtyard. The rear building houses compact rooms across two floors.
Keys & Access
Key Box
Your key is in a key box in the cabinet to the right of the main building entrance.
You will receive the personal code for your key box in the email with the link to the guest information.
No check-in at reception needed – we don't have one! You can arrive conveniently and flexibly.
Key Return
Please return the key to your key box after check-out.
Make sure the box is properly closed after returning the key.
In case of key loss, please notify us immediately. There will be a fee for a replacement key.
Check-in & Check-out
Flexible & contactless via key box. No waiting, no check-in at reception.
Return key to the key box and depart relaxed.
Cleaning
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Interim cleaning as well as towel or bed linen change during the stay is only available upon request.
Other
A baby cot (travel cot) can be provided upon request. Please contact us in advance.

Wildweg 12 · 29229 Celle
Diese Vereinbarungen gelten über die rental of the apartments of sleepArt UG, Wildweg 12, 29229 Celle (hereinafter referred to as landlord). The landlord's services are provided exclusively on the basis of these Terms & Conditions. Additional agreements by the tenant only apply if they have been agreed in writing beforehand and if the landlord has expressly confirmed them in writing.
1 Booking / Reservation
Bookings are only possible with the full name of all travelers and the postal address of the person making the booking, as well as a mobile phone number and email address. By booking, the tenant accepts these T&C. A booking confirmation is sent by email. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation.
2 Payment
The rental price must be paid when booking through the respective booking platform or after invoicing. For direct bookings, the amount is due at the latest on the check-in date. The landlord reserves the right to request a deposit.
3 Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm
- Check-out: until 10:00 am
- Access is via a key box. The code is communicated before arrival by email or SMS.
- An earlier check-in or later check-out is only possible after prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
4 Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@sleepart-appartements.de. The cancellation conditions of the respective booking platform apply. For direct bookings:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total price
5 Use of the Apartment
- The apartment may only be used by the specified number of people.
- Subletting or further rental of the apartment is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are only allowed with prior written permission from the landlord.
- Rauchen ist in allen Innenräumen prohibited. In case of violation, a cleaning fee von mindestens 150 € berechnet.
- Parties and events with external guests are not permitted.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
6 Cleaning & Inventory
- Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the rental price.
- Interim cleaning is only available upon request and for an additional fee.
- The apartment must be handed over in a tidy condition. Additional cleaning costs will be charged in case of excessive soiling.
- Damage to inventory or furniture must be reported immediately and will be charged to the tenant.
7 Liability
- The landlord is not liable for damages caused by improper use.
- The landlord assumes no liability for items brought in by the tenant.
- The tenant is liable for all damages caused by him or his fellow travelers.
- In case of key loss, a fee for replacement and, if necessary, a lock change will be charged.
8 Data Protection
The collected personal data is used exclusively for processing the rental agreement and is not passed on to third parties. The provisions of the GDPR apply. The complete privacy policy is available at: www.sleepart-appartements.de/datenschutz.
9 Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Celle, as far as legally permissible.
